THE RULES*
- Upload your #WetsuitChallenge video to the Visitor Posts on our Facebook page and tag with #WetsuitChallenge
- You must start and finish the challenge in a standing position
- Your video must show you putting the suit on from start to finish so a time can be obtained
- You do not have to fasten your zip, but your wetsuit must be over your shoulders ready to zip up - see demonstration video above
- To make it a fair playing field, only full-length neoprene suits are acceptable
- The competition is open to anyone aged 16 and over
